It's time to try something a little different. At Simplicity we offer a one to one consultation with a highly trained member of our recruitment team. From which we will endeavour to learn about your skills and aspirations. All of our consultants are highly trained within their sectors but if for any reason they don’t understand exactly what you do, or what you are looking for then they won’t just nod and agree and pretend to know what your talking about, they’ll simply ask you. (Makes a change doesn’t it)
Next we’ll look for a sales job that’s right for YOU. Firstly we promise not to do the usual agency thing where your CV is sent to every sales company under the sun and probably even your current employer as well. At Simplicity we work differently, we pride ourselves on finding the correct job for you, not for us ! We understand a job is a major part of your life and lots of factors can contribute to your ideal job. We also understand that as nice as money is it’s not always the be all and end of life.
So if you're not going to email my CV to companies how are you going to find me a job ?
You're probably asking yourself now!
Well we believe that you are worth more than just clicking our mouse a few times and hitting the email to all clients button on our desktop, but that doesn’t mean we won’t send your CV to potential employers. The difference is that when we find a job that we think you may be interested in we’ll talk it through with you first, don’t worry we won’t use any of the strong arm tactics other sales recruitment agencies employ to get you to see the client, if you don’t like the sound of it just tell us and we’ll be more than happy to continue our search for you (after all there are about 1.9 million companies selling either a product or a service in the UK)
If you do like the sound of it then we’ll do everything we can to get you that all important first interview. Our part doesn’t end there, we’ll be there to give you as much (or as little) help as you want with interview techniques, questions or other queries you may have.
